Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, contact us by phone or through our contact form with your order details. We will provide instructions for sending the item back. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. Any such items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
